They took two layers of shingles off my roof, replaced 9 sheets of decking and put new decking shingles, cleaned around the house, and did everything in one day. Scot and his team absolutely did a wonderful job on our roof that was in much need of repair due to no gutters. They replaced all the decking and installed new gutters all around. Four Seasons Construction conducted a complete exterior remodel of our quite large, old, farmhouse-style home, including front and back decks, pool house, and surrounding areas. Scott, his lead foreman, Louis, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job coordinating completion of all details for the installation and painting of James Hardie siding and eaves and install of Trex decking. This included countless smaller tasks, replacing all exterior lighting, doorbells, electrical outlets, and exterior doors. Scott and Louis were hands on and available throughout the remodel, assisting in the many decisions we had to make for colors, style, and materials. The skill level of the tradesmen was first rate for everything from cutting, placement, and caulking of siding to painting and detail work for the entire house. The success of this project and remodeling of our home has significantly improved the quality of life of our family, far outweighing the modest, extremely fair price that we paid for all services. Scot and his team did an incredible job replacing the eaves on our house. Scot came out on time and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a time for the install, and he and his team arrived on time and prepared. We were kept informed during the installation, which was a 2-day job. Four Seasons Construction put up a tarp for free on our roof after the tornado and gave us a fast and free estimate for the repairs. The workers redid our roof in one day! They did an amazing job. Four Seasons Construction also helped us talk with our insurance to correct the insurance’s claim that our roof was 14 years old to 6 years old. This helped with the depreciation value. They also helped us fix our dry wall, gutters, and wood siding. The prices were fair, and the work done was excellent. Scott is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Their pricing was lower than any other estimate I had received. I gave him a notice to proceed on a Wednesday, the material was delivered to my residence on Saturday, and the work was completed that following Monday. The quality of work was top notch! Johnny on the spot, indeed! We first hired Four Seasons Construction to replace a deck for us. The bid came quickly, & the lumber came even quicker once we decided to proceed. Their team removed the old deck & built the new deck in only 2 days. We were very impressed with the company’s responsiveness & also impressed with the quality of their work on our deck, so we decided to hire them to replace a roof. Same story – once we gave Four Seasons Construction the go-ahead, they were on the job site within a couple of days & remained there until the job was complete. The roof is solid & looks great! The crew was meticulous in their cleanup following the roof installation, which, in my experience, is rare. Highly recommend this outfit!
